Assist telesales executive representatives in generating leads and qualifying prospects through proactive outreach, research, and follow-up activities.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos for inside sales representatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist in the resolution of customer issues and escalations, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and promotions.
Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
Support sales team members in administrative tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Proven track record with at least 1+ years of experience in Sales support / Admin Support / Customer Support / Associate etc
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
