Preffered: MBA - Marketing, B.COM, BBA, BMS, BA ENGLISH or 1+ Years of experience in telecalling

Combined with our in-house engineering team, these resources make us a preferred choice for EPC and various sectors.Responsibilities:
  • Assist telesales executive representatives in generating leads and qualifying prospects through proactive outreach, research, and follow-up activities.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and demos for inside sales representatives, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to support the sales process.
  • Provide product information, pricing, and quotations to customers as requested, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, sales activities, and pipeline information in the CRM system.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the resolution of customer issues and escalations, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation efforts, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Support sales team members in administrative tasks, such as order processing, inventory management, and sales reporting.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements
  • MBA / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Proven track record with at least 1+ years of experience in Sales support / Admin Support / Customer Support / Associate etc
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in software and tools, including familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset to address client challenges effectively
