Job Overview- The inside Sales Executive has the responsibility of coordinating inside sales related activities associated with customer requests for pricing, expedited services, volume and spot quotes. Help build a safe and secure shipping channel between shipper and consignee. Understanding the company profile and crafting tailor made solutions to their queries / business requirements. Counsel and educate them and also work on sales to generate revenue.

What you'll do?

• Dial calls to the data which is provided by the company or generated by their own tools.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Generate revenue and make a huge impact on Gxpress growth, by developing/maintaining customer relationships and positioning Gxpress products in the market
• Inbound and Outbound customer calls and converts them into sales.
• Maintain and lead Inside Sales team concentrating on individual sales productivity along with meeting quotas, objectives and goals. Maintain, build and update calling/mailing database address.
• Prepare all relevant reports with respect to inside sales for Vice President, Sales.
• Coach and mentor on a daily basis by using written and verbal communication mediums and learning about new tools for better business opportunities.
• Gather data, evaluate information and present feedback to Inside Sales Reps for increasing performance, overall productivity and skill sets.
• Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product.
• Regular follow up with new and existing customers.
• Handle all multiple assignments in fast paced atmosphere.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Sales: Handle objections and price negotiations to generate sales revenue. This may include fixing appointments and conducting online meetings, following up with prospects, and closing sales.
• Product knowledge: Learn and upgrade product knowledge and sales skills

What you'll need?

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or business-related field.
• 1 - 2yrs of demonstrated experience achieving designated goals and results in a dynamic environment.
• Strong professional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Project positive image of the company to customers and public.
• Ability to work independently and successfully execute goals in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Must be able to respond to high call and e-mail volume and prioritize rapidly.
• Must have basic knowledge of India geography and strong analytical skills.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft office required.
• Occasional travel as needed to current and potential clients.
