Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and online channels. Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities. Present and promote company products/services to prospective customers. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Address customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

Sales Process & Reporting:

Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate sales records. Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve sales strategies.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in

inside sales, telesales, or business development

. Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and self-motivated attitude toward sales.
