Job Summary:-
We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment. An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. We're seeking a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and someone with a track record of success.
Job Responsibilities:
? Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
? Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. ? Understand customer needs and requirements. ? Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
? Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities. ? Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
? Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. ? Perform effective online demos to prospects.
Skills Required:
? Proven inside sales experience.
? Track record of over-achieving quota.
? Strong phone presence and experience in B2B US sales.
? Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
? Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
? Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
? Strong listening and presentation skills.
? Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
? BA/BS degree or equivalent.
