We are seeking some motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representatives to join our fast-paced team. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience i n Inside Sales, with a strong preference for those who have worked in the EdTech sector .This role offers the opportunity to learn and grow quickly within an AI-driven environment.
Please note that lead generation will not be part of your responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement: Engage with pre-qualified prospects via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
2. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
3. Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Questt's products and services, and communicate their value effectively.
4. CRM Management: Update and manage customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to provide feedback and insights on customer needs and market trends.
6. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum 1 year of working experience in Inside Sales.
2. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the EdTech sector is highly desirable.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a must.
4. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using sales and CRM software; familiarity with AI- driven solutions is a plus.
5. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast- paced environment.
6. Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing industry.
