Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential leads using online platforms and tools
Reach out via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to create interest
Qualify leads and set up meetings for the sales team
Keep the CRM updated with all outreach and follow-ups
Support marketing efforts by following up on event or campaign leads
Work closely with the sales and delivery teams to improve outreach
What We're Looking For
Fresher or up to 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Good communication skills--both spoken and written
Confident on phone calls and comfortable using digital tools
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Organized and self-driven
Bonus If You Have
Experience with IT services or SaaS companies
Knowledge of Salesforce or CRM tools
