Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our client base and helping us achieve our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing the company's services, identifying pain points, and generating interest.
• Lead Qualification: Qualify leads generated through cold calling and other outreach methods by determining their potential to convert into long-term customers.
• Sales Outreach: Follow up on cold calls with emails and virtual meetings to build rapport, understand client needs, and offer appropriate solutions.
• Product Knowledge & Solutions Selling: Develop a strong understanding of the company's offerings and be able to clearly present and recommend solutions that match the client's needs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the field sales team, marketing, and customer service departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on sales strategy and client needs.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage potential clients effectively through cold calling and follow-up outreach.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to overcome objections during the sales process.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude, with a strong motivation to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and tasks efficiently.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?180,000.00 per year
