Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Qualification : Identify and engage new business opportunities through various online channels, including social media, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
• Sales Calls & Follow-ups : Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to convert them into clients, focusing on needs analysis and providing tailored solutions.
• Client Conversion : Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and effectively present our products/services to drive conversion.
• CRM Management : Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects and clients in the CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and detailed tracking of sales progress.
• Market Research : Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
• Collaborative Teamwork : Work alongside the marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and align sales strategies with marketing initiatives.
