Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products or services, identify their needs, and qualify leads.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and other sources to convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Present product demonstrations or sales pitches to prospects, highlighting key features and benefits to drive interest and engagement.
Utilize sales techniques to overcome objections, negotiate terms, and close sales deals in a timely manner.
Accurately maintain and update customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and alignment of sales strategies.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.
Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and market insights.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and customer responses to improve sales strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers over the phone and online.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing sales deals and achieving targets.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
