We are having an urgent opening for the position of Inside Sales Executive for a reputed company in Education Industry in Mumbai (Andheri) location.:We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The tele sales executive\xe2\x80\x99s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.Reporting to: Team LeaderKey Responsibilities:
- Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
- Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the customers\' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
- Answering customers\' questions on the products.
- Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales
- Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creative thinking skills.
- The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
- Good sales ability.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
