What will you own? The primary responsibility is to connect with customers to inform about facility / feature provided by Tally and generate lead for Business loan. Experience to bring with you:
Candidate should have a strong command of Gujarati, English, and Hindi.
Prior work experience as a Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Outbound Sales Department in the loans department.
Core key skill is the ability to do 50 to 100 outbound calls effectively per day.
Familiarity of having worked with CRM tools (such as Salesforce).
A strong go-getter who does not get demotivated by rejection.
Should have basic knowledge of MS -Office.
Should have strong conviction to build a career in Sales.
Ability to work within a challenging environment and provide quick solutions.
Commerce Graduation is necessary.
Women candidates preferred.
What will you be doing?
Pro-actively call customers who are existing customers of Tally and pitch the new loan services on offer.
Pitch relevant products after understanding the requirements of the customers.
Handle queries and objections that may come up in the process tactfully.
Use the CRM tool provided to record these interactions diligently.
Be responsible for lead generation and achieve planned numbers.
Handhold the customer in the loan application process where necessary.
Coordinate with the field resource where necessary.
