Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Education: Graduation mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve weekly/monthly admission targets for the center.
Conduct impactful sales presentations in nearby locations.
Make productive house calls to prospective students.
Manage the admission process, documentation, batch formation, and student onboarding.
Conduct career seminars at educational institutes, schools, and colleges.
Facilitate data management, team coordination, and prepare/manage MIS reports.
Ensure proper handling of student and parent queries through effective counseling.
Build and maintain strong Business Associate (BA) tie-ups.
Conduct Strategic Tie-up Programs (STP) and outreach activities regularly.
Skills & Competencies Required:
Excellent communication and selling skills.
Strong leadership, motivation, and team management abilities.
Passion for sales with a track record of consistent high performance.
Preference for candidates with an education background or experience in:
Education sales
Advertising sales
Time Share
Banking/NBFC
Reputed Pharma companies (A category)
Insurance (Life & Health)
