Key Responsibilities :
• Lead Generation & Prospecting :
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods to generate new business opportunities.
• Qualify leads to determine their suitability for products/services.
• Sales Process Execution :
• Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations and sales pitches.
• Close deals and manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
• Relationship Management :
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Sales Administration :
• Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports for management review.
• Collaboration :
• Coordinate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to enhance client experience.
• Share feedback with the product team for continuous improvement.
