1. Generate leads. As an Inside sales executives research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as inquiry received online searches, social media or referrals.
2.Make sales presentations . Engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of products
3.Negotiate deals. As anInside sales executives work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and play role of mediator for closing of deales
4. Close sales. They close sales agreements with customers, provide customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
5. Manage sales pipeline. Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
