Qualifications and Skills
Excellent negotiation skills to secure beneficial deals and build profitable relationships (Mandatory skill)
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients (Mandatory skill)
Proficiency in sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets and navigate market challenges (Mandatory skill)
Experience in customer relationship management to maintain and grow customer satisfaction and loyalty
In-depth product knowledge to confidently answer client inquiries and tailor offerings to client needs
Successful track record in closing sales, demonstrating the ability to push deals across the finish line
Proactive prospecting skills to identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities
Effective time management to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently within set deadlines
Roles and Responsibilities
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and company objectives
Make sales presentations to prospective clients and provide detailed product/service information
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring terms are favorable for both the client and the company
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
Follow up on leads and referrals to develop ongoing client relationships
Assist in developing marketing materials and campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and sales
Salary 15k to 30k
