• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound cold calls, and emails.
• Research accounts, identify key players, and generate interest.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers over the phone or virtually.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to recommend solutions effectively.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the sales team to provide smooth transitions from prospecting to account management.
• Update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with all relevant data and interactions.
• Provide regular updates to the sales manager on progress and challenges.
