JD-

Communicating with customers and clients and making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up and generate leads.

Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.

Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.

Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers/clients.

Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.

Staying informed about competing products and services.

Up selling products and services.

Researching and qualifying new leads.

Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Preparing MIS reports of sales leads and other data.

Other work as per company requirement and manager instructions.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Good organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

Excellent phone and calling skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Strong listening and sales skills.

Ability to achieve targets.

Detail Oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
