Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra - 411045
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA + Incentives

Position Overview

We are looking for a talented Senior Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C sales and will be responsible for driving sales through effective video communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products and services, effectively closing sales leads.
• Present product features and benefits persuasively during video calls, maintaining a professional appearance in accordance with our dress code policy.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas through strategic engagement with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their queries and concerns through video interactions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to clients during interactions.
• Continuously improve video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives and training.
• Exhibit perseverance and determination, taking on challenges with a proactive mindset.
• Participate in the company's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), making you a partner in the organization.

Minimum Requirements

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible.
• Skills: Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.

Work Schedule

• Weekly Offs:
• 1st & 3rd Weeks: Monday and Tuesday
• 2nd, 4th & 5th Weeks: Monday only (6 days working)
