Location: Mulund West, Mumbai.
Requisites:
Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a related role.
• Strong communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and inbound inquiries.
• Sales Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to present our services and establish rapport.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities accurately.
• Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals to onboard new clients.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
