Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate travel packages and experiences.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions.
• Follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals.
• Prepare and present tailored travel itineraries and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to provide feedback and improve offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
