We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Chennai & Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT or Cloud sales and will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate cloud or IT solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and close sales deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in Cloud or IT sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their business challenges.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
