Responsibilities:
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
• Customer Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue streams.
• Inside Sales: Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• CRM Management: Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate reports to monitor sales performance
• Customer Lifecycle Management: Guide clients through the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding to retention, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
• Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
• Experience using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for lead management and sales tracking.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Passion for sales and a genuine interest in the food industry and sustainability.
