INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE - SOFTWARE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
Job Brief
We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team, specializing in the sales of software services and products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, strong sales skills, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing leads, and closing sales, all while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify and prospect new leads and business opportunities within the software services and products market through outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, identifying pain points, and presenting the appropriate software solutions or services to meet those needs.
Effectively demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value proposition of the company's software services and products.
Maintain and update detailed records of all prospect interactions, sales activity, and client data in the CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and tailored pitches to convert leads into customers.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, including contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Conduct product demos, presentations, and walkthroughs for prospective clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new software offerings to position the company's products effectively in the market.
Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, upsell opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
Requirements and Skills
Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive or similar sales role, preferably in software sales or technology products.
Strong knowledge of software services, products, and solutions, with an understanding of the software sales cycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients over the phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to understand client needs and offer tailored software solutions.
Proficient in using CRM systems, sales enablement tools, and communication platforms.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple leads and priorities effectively.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and targets.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field (preferred).
