Role Overview



We are looking for an

Inside Sales Executive

to drive

B2B lead generation, client engagement, and sales conversions

. The ideal candidate will have

a strong background in industrial or technology sales

, with experience in

selling high-value solutions like SaaS, digital services, or enterprise technology

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and engage potential industrial clients using

LinkedIn, email, and cold outreach

.

Client Qualification

- Understand client needs, qualify leads, and schedule demos with decision-makers.

Sales Pipeline Management

- Maintain and track leads using

CRM tools

and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Consultative Selling

- Present

BizConnect XploR's 3D & XR solutions

effectively, demonstrating their impact on

sales, training, and marketing

.

Achieve Sales Targets

- Work towards monthly and quarterly

revenue goals

through proactive client engagement.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the

marketing & technical teams

to refine sales strategies and proposals.

What We're Looking For



3-5 years of B2B inside sales experience

, preferably in

technology, SaaS, digital solutions, or industrial products

.
Proven ability to

generate leads, engage decision-makers, and close sales

.
Strong

verbal and written communication skills

for

email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach

.
Experience using

CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)

to manage leads and track performance.
A background in

selling AR/VR/XR, SaaS, or industrial tech solutions

is a

huge plus

.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a

fast-paced, high-growth environment
