Inside Sales Executive - Glamplus
Location : Bangalore (On-Site)
Experience : 1-3 years in Inside Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Beauty and Wellness/Cosmetics/Skin Care industry.
Responsibilities :
• Proactively identify and engage with potential clients via phone, email, and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Present and explain the company's products and services to clients, ensuring alignment with their needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through consistent follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client experience and meet business objectives.
• Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in inside sales, telecalling, or business development in a relevant industry.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and sales management systems.
