Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced proactive Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, obtaining product quotations, and creating customized proposals for our customers based on their specific requirements. This role will involve extensive communication with vendors, effective negotiation skills, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Vendor Communication and Management:

Communicate effectively with vendors to gather product specifications, pricing, and quotations promptly and accurately.

Analyze vendor quotations to determine the best pricing and terms, ensuring competitive offers that align with customer needs.

Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to secure favourable deals that benefit both the company and customers.

Customer Engagement and Proposal Development:

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and preferences thoroughly.
• Craft customized proposals that address specific customer needs, integrating the most suitable products and solutions sourced from vendors.
• Present proposals to customers professionally, addressing any questions or concerns to ensure clarity and confidence in our offerings.

Market Awareness and Adaptation:

• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and new product offerings from vendors to remain competitive in the market.
• Adapt strategies based on market insights to capitalize on emerging opportunities and maintain our competitive edge.

Product Knowledge Demonstration:

Master the technical specifications and features of our home automation products. Highlight unique selling points (USPs) and advantages over competitors' offerings. Conduct live demonstrations to showcase product functionality and ease of use.

Customized Solution Presentation:

Understand client needs through thorough discussions and needs assessment. Tailor product presentations and demos to address specific client requirements. Illustrate how our products integrate seamlessly into various home environments.

Case Studies and Success Stories:

Share relevant case studies and success stories from previous clients. Demonstrate real-world applications and measurable benefits. Use testimonials to build credibility and trust in our solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Feedback:

Collect feedback from demo sessions to improve future presentations. Incorporate suggestions into training materials for continuous enhancement. Stay agile and adaptable to evolving client needs and market trends

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Proven experience in inside sales, vendor management, or procurement roles, preferably in the home automation or technology industry.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.

Knowledge of home automation systems and smart home technologies is a plus.

Must Have Skills:

Strong Communication Skills : Effective communication with vendors, customers, and internal teams for conveying information, negotiating terms, and building relationships.

Negotiation Skills : Talent for negotiating favourable pricing, terms, and agreements with vendors, addressing customer concerns, and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes.

Vendor Management : Experience in managing relationships with vendors, including sourcing products, obtaining quotations, and ensuring timely delivery and quality service.

Customer Focus : Vital customer-centric approach for understanding needs, preferences, and tailoring proposals to meet specific requirements while providing exceptional service.

Attention to Detail : Essential detail-oriented approach for accurately analysing product specifications, pricing, and creating customized proposals.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills needed for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing activities, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.

Team Collaboration : Effective collaboration with the sales team and other internal departments is essential for aligning strategies and delivering cohesive solutions.

Problem-Solving Skills : Crucial ability to identify issues, address challenges, and find creative solutions to meet customer requirements and drive successful outcomes.

Good to Have Skills:

Effective organization and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage leads, and follow up with customers in a timely manner.

Ability to handle rejection, overcome obstacles, and persistently pursue sales opportunities to achieve success in a competitive market.

Job Type: Onsite (Monday to Saturday)

Working hours (Indicative) - 9:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday

Saturday-9:30am to 5:30pm
