Role Overview:

We are seeking motivated Inside Sales Executives (freshers and experienced professionals with 2+ years) to join our dynamic team. The role involves identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and converting them into sales. You'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth while honing your sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Maintain a database of leads and follow up systematically.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to generate and close leads.

Requirements:

• For Freshers: Passion for sales, excellent communication skills.
• For Experienced (2+ years): Proven sales track record, strong negotiation skills, familiarity with CRM tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
