Role Overview:

As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling our diverse range of web and mobile applications to provided leads. Your primary goal will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our products, understanding customer needs, and building strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Conversion: Engage with leads provided by the company, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions to drive conversions.

- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's web and mobile applications to effectively pitch and position products.

- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients, address their queries, and ensure a smooth sales process.

- Sales Reporting: Track and report daily/weekly sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.

- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional services or products based on customer needs.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and campaigns.

- Feedback: Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product development team to improve offerings.

Qualifications:

Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in selling IT products or services.

Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic Microsoft Office applications.

- Proven ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
