Work Location: Bangalore (Corporate Office)

Experience: 2 to 3 yrs (Max)

Age (Range): 28 to 32

Salary Budget: 25K to 30K per month CTC

Gender Specification: Male or Female

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Language Proficiency: Tamil for TamilNadu, Kannada for Karnataka, Telugu for Andhra

Roles and responsibilities of Inside Sales Executive

The role of an Inside Sales Executive typically focuses on generating revenue by developing and

maintaining relationships with customers through remote communication channels such as phone

calls, emails, or video conferencing. Their responsibilities often include:

1. Lead Generation and Qualification

• Identify potential customers through various methods (e.g., inbound/outbound calls, online

research, etc.).

• Qualify leads to determine the prospect's interest, budget, and decision-making authority.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and track them using CRM tools.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Engage with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell or cross-sell

opportunities.
