Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound leads generated from social media campaigns and other channels.
• Contact potential clients via phone calls to introduce our solutions and understand their requirements.
• Suggest appropriate solutions based on the client's needs and explain product benefits effectively.
• Follow up with leads regularly to nurture relationships and progress deals through the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with field sales executives to schedule client visits, factory/warehouse inspections, and demonstrations.
• Take ownership of closing sales, from initial contact to follow-up and final closure.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure that field visits are effective and lead to successful deal closures.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM with all sales activities.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and suggest improvements.
