Inside Sales Executive/KAM
:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via calls, emails, and messaging platforms such as WhatsApp on the Semikart online platform.
• Actively call new and existing customers to generate leads and drive sales for our distribution services.
• Prepare and send accurate and timely quotations to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and gather information on industry trends and competitors.
• Apply advanced sales techniques through hands-on experience and mentorship from experienced team members.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to effectively interact with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn and develop sales skills.
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role, preferably in distribution.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable with making cold calls and handling customer interactions via various communication channels.
