Position : Sales Executive
Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday
Compensation : Basic Salary + Commission Basis

Roles and Responsibilities
• Customer Outreach : Call potential and existing customers to inform them about the apostille process, including the steps involved, the time required, and the cost associated with the service.
• Information Dissemination : Clearly explain the benefits of using the apostille service, ensuring customers understand why it is necessary for their documents to be apostilled.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and referrals.
• Customer Relationship Management : Maintain positive relationships with customers, providing excellent service and support throughout the apostille process.
• Follow-Up : Regularly follow up with customers to provide updates on the status of their documents and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Sales Reporting : Track and report on sales activities and outcomes, including the number of calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
• Target Achievement : Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with the processing team to ensure timely and accurate completion of the apostille service.
Required Experience
• Sales Experience : 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
• Customer Service : Proven experience in customer service, with a strong ability to manage and resolve customer queries and issues.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple customer interactions and follow-ups efficiently.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions.
• Goal-Oriented : Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
