Inside Sales Executive
to identify and acquire clients seeking website development services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in need of website development and digital solutions.
Research and generate leads through online platforms, databases, and networking.
Conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage with prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and present tailored website development solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to propose solutions that align with client needs.
Negotiate contracts, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
Maintain a CRM database with accurate and updated client information.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Provide after-sales support and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
6 months to 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT services or website development.
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical website development concepts and translate them for clients.
Proficiency in lead generation tools, CRM software, and online research.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independently.
Prior experience in B2B sales is a plus.
