Job Title: Inside Sales Expert - Premium High-Value Consumer Product Sales

6 month experience of domestic/international sales or customer service

Job Summary: Join our team as an Inside Sales Expert, focusing on lead generation, customer engagement, and delivering exceptional service for premium, high-value consumer products.

This role may include video sales using exciting new approaches, so a good personality and excellent presentation skills are essential. Candidates must have excellent Hindi and English communication skills and a proven sales acumen.

The role offers opportunities to build or enhance exceptional capabilities in premium product sales.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and guide them in selecting premium product features.

Engage in lead generation and maintain quality communication with clients.

Build strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Respond promptly to inquiries, providing effective solutions and follow-ups.

Listen actively to understand customer preferences, needs, and budget constraints.

Collaborate with internal teams for seamless customer experiences.

Conduct video sales presentations using innovative tools to engage customers.

Provide accurate product information and resolve issues efficiently.

Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple leads and ensuring timely follow-ups.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Strong spoken skills in Hindi and English and one more Indian Language.

Strong writing skills in English for email and Chat Process.

Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust.

Excellent sales orientation and attention to detail.

Good personality with strong presentation skills for video sales.

Basic understanding of premium consumer products is a plus.

Basic knowledge of CRM software and lead management processes is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Graduate in any stream.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in sales or customer support.

Other Requirements:

Work-from-Office position.
