Skills Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google sheets.
• Good in coordinating with clients and team members
• Should have strong follow ups skills
• Candidates from logistics or supply chain industry will be plus
• Proven expertise in tele calling, inside sales, and email communication.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Preferred female candidates

KRAs:

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to engage potential and existing clients.
• Address client inquiries and provide relevant information about products and services.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline the client acquisition process.
• Draft, send, and manage professional emails to clients and vendors.
• Maintain an organized database of email communications and follow-ups.
• Leverage experience in logistics or supply chain to address client-specific needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
