Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients. Proficiency in Gujarati, Malayalam, or Bengali is preferred to effectively connect with our diverse customer base. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Product Presentation: Clearly articulate the benefits and features of our products/services to potential clients.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Follow-up: Handle client queries and follow up on leads in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in inside sales or telemarketing.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujrati is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Tech Savvy: Microsoft Office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
