Key Responsibilities

1. Generate Leads:

Conduct thorough research to identify potential customers through online searches, social media, and referrals.

2. Qualify Leads:

Evaluate potential customers' needs, budgets, and interest levels to prioritize and qualify leads for further engagement.

3. Sales Presentations:

Engage with potential customers via phone, email, or video conferencing.

Present product features and benefits effectively to persuade customers to purchase.

4. Negotiate Deals:

Work with customers to find pricing and payment options that align with their needs and company objectives.

5. Close Sales:

Finalize sales agreements and provide excellent post-sales customer support.

Maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

6. Manage Sales Pipeline:

Monitor sales activities and customer interactions.

Update CRM systems with accurate and up-to-date customer information.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and activities.

7. Collaborate with Team Members:

Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

8. Stay Updated on Product Knowledge:

Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.

Stay informed about competitors and market trends to address customer queries effectively.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales or a similar role.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
