Position: Inside Sales Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat ( 5-day work week )
Experience Required: 6 months to 4 years
Work Mode: In-office
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Drive Growth: Discover and pursue new sales opportunities, tailoring our solutions to suit various industries.
• Organize and Optimize: Plan and prioritize daily sales tasks, from client outreach and lead follow-ups to managing payment collections.
• Customer Success: Help clients set up and fully leverage our software to achieve their business goals.
• Stay Connected: Keep in touch with clients to close deals on time and meet targets.
• Win-Win Deals: Negotiate prices and agreements to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
• Support Excellence: Offer dedicated client support, working closely with technical teams to address customer needs.
Required Skills:
• Fluent communication in English and Hindi
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities
• Strong computer proficiency
