Job Description

:

As an Inside Sales Executive at Rejig Digital, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for engaging with potential clients, understanding their unique needs, and presenting our IoT-based digital transformation solutions. In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also be involved in proposal making and customization to showcase the tailored value our solutions bring to each client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:

• Identify and research potential leads within target industries and verticals.
• Utilize various lead generation techniques, including cold calling and email outreach.

2. Product Expertise:

• Develop an in-depth understanding of our IoT-based digital transformation products

and platforms.

• Articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to potential clients.

3. Consultative Sales:

• Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and objectives.
• Tailor product demonstrations and presentations to showcase how our solutions can

address their specific needs.

4. Proposal Making:

• Collaborate with the sales team to create customized proposals for clients.
• Craft compelling proposals that outline how our solutions can meet the client's unique

requirements.

5. Sales Presentations:

• Conduct compelling product demonstrations, both virtually and in-person.
• Clearly communicate the technical and business advantages of our products.

6. Negotiation and Closing:

• Collaborate with prospects to address concerns, objections, and pricing negotiations.
• Work to secure contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets.

7. Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for clients.

8. Sales Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales management team.

9. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product

development, to support a cohesive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven inside sales experience, preferably in IoT, technology, or related industries.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
