• Previous experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle objections and customer concerns professionally.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of insurance products and policies.
