Position Overview
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities by selling our SaaS product to potential clients. You will work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, conduct product demos, and close deals. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively communicate the value of our product will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Prospect and qualify inbound leads via phone, email, and other channels. Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demos, present tailored solutions, and provide detailed information to potential clients to drive interest and close deals.
• Pipeline Management: Manage and track opportunities through the sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-ups, closing, and accurate forecasting.
• Client Relationship Building: Establish strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects and clients, serving as their go-to resource for inquiries and solutions.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM, track sales metrics, and report regularly to the sales leadership team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth onboarding after the sale.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in inside sales, SaaS sales, or a similar sales role (preferably with experience in B2B).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in an easy-to-understand way.
• Sales Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, handle objections, and close sales over the phone or via video calls.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other sales tools. Familiarity with SaaS products is a plus.
• Goal-Oriented: Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer needs and suggest solutions that align with our product offerings.
• Organizational Skills: Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• Bachelor's Degree: Preferred, but not required.

Pay: ?14,280.54 - ?41,538.31 per month
