Inside Sales Executive (freshers)

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven S ales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. This position requires an individual with strong communication and presentation skills, along with a keen understanding of customer needs. The successful candidate will contribute to the growth and success of the business by effectively engaging clients and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.

• Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by ensuring regular communication, addressing their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Negotiation:

Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring terms that are beneficial to both the client and the company.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

Track and monitor sales performance, using key metrics to provide regular reports and insights. Recommend strategies for improving sales processes and achieving targets.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Education:

A Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred. Candidates with a background in Business Administration , Marketing , or a related field are highly encouraged to apply.

• Experience:
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in business development, marketing, or sales are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field will be considered a plus.
• Key Skills:
• Customer Insight: Strong understanding of customer needs, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet those needs.
• Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and engaging presentations to clients.
• CRM & Microsoft Office: Proficiency in CRM software for managing client relationships.
• Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of day-to-day computer operations and the use of common software tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Personal Attributes:
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while also being a strong team player.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute to the overall success of the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-centric attitude.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

• Yearly bonus
