Safety Circle is a leading company specializing in health and safety. We are committed to providing trainings, audits and consultancy in health and safety to our clients and are looking for a motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new opportunities within the B2B sector.
• Reach out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social media to generate leads and schedule meetings.
• Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to showcase the value of our products/services.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for the next steps.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a consistent and effective sales approach.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
