Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Inside Sales Executive (Female)

to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence in making cold calls, and the ability to use software tools for emailing and scheduling meetings. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in sales and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services Use software tools (like Gmail, Outlook, Calendly, Google Sheets, etc.) for: Sending follow-up emails Scheduling calls/meetings Maintaining basic CRM entries Communicate professionally and persuasively with clients over the phone, email, and messaging platforms Identify prospects, understand their needs, and generate interest Support the sales team with coordination tasks and appointment setting Meet daily/weekly call and email targets

Required Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Comfortable making cold calls Basic knowledge of tools like: Email platforms (Gmail/Outlook) Google Calendar or Calendly MS Excel / Google Sheets Positive attitude and willingness to learn Self-motivated and disciplined

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) Additional training or certification in sales, English, or computer basics is a plus

Preferred:

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (not mandatory) Familiarity with CRM software is a bonus

Pay: ?10,373.70 - ?15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Monday to Friday Night shift US shift
