Profile Overview:
As a Sales Executive at our B2B electronics and robotics firm, your primary responsibility will be to generate sales leads, nurture client relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will be interacting with businesses to understand their needs and offering our products and solutions accordingly. Your role will involve both proactive outreach and responding to incoming inquiries to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, Whatsapp Chats and Text through IndiaMart.
• Identify and qualify leads to determine their interest and needs.
• Present product demonstrations and proposals to clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our electronics and robotics solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Follow up with clients to address any questions or concerns and close deals.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics accordingly.
• Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market demand.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team.
