As an Inside Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide

effective water treatment solutions to our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to

engage with potential customers, understand their water treatment needs, and

effectively communicate how our products and services can address those needs.

This role requires a strong combination of sales skills, product knowledge, and

customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Outreach: Initiate contact with potential customers through phone calls,

emails, and other communication channels. Generate leads and identify prospects

interested in water treatment solutions.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our water treatment

products and services, including their features, benefits, and applications. Stay

updated on industry trends and competitive offerings.

3. Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with prospective

clients to understand their specific water treatment requirements, challenges, and

goals.

4. Solution Presentation: Create customized proposals and presentations to

demonstrate how our water treatment solutions can address the unique needs of

each prospect. Articulate the value proposition clearly and persuasively.

5. Quoting and Pricing: Provide accurate and competitive price quotes based on

customer requirements and company pricing guidelines.

6. Sales Process Management: Effectively manage the entire sales process, from

lead generation to closing deals. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions

and sales activities in the CRM system.

7. Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting

relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service and support to

address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

8. Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

9. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging

opportunities. Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new

business prospects.

Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for getting orders from existing customers and new customers over the

phone and email.

Validate new leads and send a proposal over mail and follow up.

Making sales calls and emails to new and existing clients, responding to all sales

inquiries.

Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.

Building relationships with the customer

Participate in sales event PAN India

Communication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's

different features and benefits, and answer any questions they might have.

Achieve monthly sales target goals

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in Industrial Sales or

B2B selling

Fluent in both speaking and writing English

Ability to achieve targets

Basic knowledge of excel and google workspace / suite

Excellent phone and cold calling skills , follow up skills

Have up-to-date knowledge of all the available online sales tools , CRM software

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
