INSIDE SALES EXECUTIVE

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
u Generate business inquiries from shared leads provided by the company, as well generate by himself.
u Contacting through by Telephone, Email, Messages, current and potential clients to inform them regarding the product and service & close the deal on day to day basis.
u Answering all queries and questions regarding the company and product. Keeping the customer database maintained & updated & taking & processing orders accurately
u Leverage Sales Navigator & other relevant tools to identify & connect with potential prospects.
u Utilize Various Communication channels (e.g. email Campaigns, Social Media, Cold Calling) to generate new Leads.
u Track & Analyse key performance indicators (KPI's) related to lead generation & sales activities.
u Excellent with verbal communication & Written skills, especially for activities such as email campaigns, Power Point Presentations, MS Excel Proposals & reports & should be adaptable to tailor their communication approach based on the preferences & needs of stakeholders.
u Maintain & Manage a robust pipeline of potential clients.
u Ensure timely follow-up with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.
u Address customer inquiries & concerns in a timely & professional Manner.
u Utilize CRM systems effectively to track leads, opportunities & Sales activities.
u Provide regular reports & updates on lead generation activities & sales performance to the management team.
u Must be experienced in E-Commerce platform like amazon, myntra etc.
u Must be able to coordinate with the Sales team for any CRM related issues and must track their daily

Skills Required:
u Proven working experience in "Ecommerce Platform / Retail / Modern Trade etc." or a relevant role.
u Must be very good Proficiency in Computer skills- MS Excel, PPT etc.
u Very good communication skills
u Proficiency in English & Presentable.
u Market knowledge.
u Communication and negotiation skills.
u Time management and planning skills.
u Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
u Must be Graduate /Post Graduate (Administration or related).

Work Timings: 9:00 AM till 6:00 PM Salary: Negotiable (Depends on Interview).
