• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
• Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions
• updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM)
• Present and upsell company offerings to existing and new customers
