: We are actively seeking a highly skilled Cold-Calling Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and a proven cold-calling and lead-generation track record. This critical role demands engaging potential customers and compellingly delivering our services effectively.

• US shift- 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (work in the office till 8:30 PM and cover the remaining hours from home)
• Should have prior calling experience in the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively conduct cold calls to potential clients to effectively introduce our services and drive registrations and subscriptions for listing their businesses on our network.
• Demonstrate a deep and comprehensive understanding of our services and the industry.
• Engage in purposeful and persuasive conversations with potential clients, effectively introducing them to our network.
• Lead the registration process for listing potential clients' businesses on our network.
• Maintain meticulous and detailed records of all calls and interactions, ensuring a robust leads list.
• Vigorously follow up on leads and proactively nurture relationships to convert prospects into client registrations, subscriptions, and successful upsells of purchasing a Sponsor Ad for their business category in chosen counties.
• Exceed and excel in meeting set targets and KPIs for cold calling, lead registrations, and upsells.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to refine scripts and optimize outreach strategies.

Requirements:
?Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
?Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
?Strong ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively.
?Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
?Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
?Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
