  • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record in cold calling and a deep understanding of IT services and cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, prospecting, and converting leads into successful sales. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services and cloud solutions, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls , email Marketing , and Linkedin Campaign to potential clients to generate leads.
  • Identify key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations.
  • Utilise various sales techniques to engage prospects and create interest in our IT services and cloud solutions.
  • Manage and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria to ensure a high conversion rate.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our IT services and cloud solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential clients.
  • Use CRM software ( Hubspot , Salesforce, Zoho ) to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers
  • Proficient with lead generation tools such as Zoominfo, Apollo.io, and Lusha.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Executive, preferably in the IT services and cloud solutions industry.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling and lead generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, cloud solutions, and related technologies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Should be able to work in Night shifts/US shifts.
Education
  • Any Graduate with relevant experience
